Why can't AI replace the human brain?

Following are a few key reasons that depict why AI can’t replace humans:

1. The creative process of AI is limited: When ways of doing work and creative concepts are brainstormed by the team, the lack of human ability can be witnessed in AI, because it can only work based on the data it receives. AI cannot come up with styles, new ways or patterns of doing work and can work based on the templates that have been provided. Creativity is an important factor for organizations to thrive, and which can only be fulfilled by humans.

2. Input data is only the main aspect of AI: The functionality of AI is only based on the data it is able to receive. So, when a new area of work is not included in the data inputs or the algorithm is not fed with unforeseen circumstances then the AI machine cannot prove to be of much value. In many business scenarios, human scenarios dominate AI, as through reasoning, business information can be analyzed, created and gathered accordingly.

3. The lack of Emotional Intelligence (EI): One of the most crucial factors for a business to succeed is understanding and using EI. Team meetings, client conversations etc., require the platform of emotional intelligence to better understand the pain points of employees. Furthermore, a more strategic approach can be ensured to drive employee progress.

4. Fact-check is a key aspect of AI: There may be instances wherein AI tools might provide inaccurate results and hence it need to be fact-checked by human moderators. AI can function at a rapid pace, but, at the same time, it lacks reasoning and common sense, which are invaluable for the growth of an organization. External moderation may be required to ensure AI functions effectively and thus provide optimal outcomes.

5. Humans make AI work: It is a fact that human intelligence precedes artificial intelligence. Hence, to ensure that the AI platform evolves and provides optimal outcomes, there is a necessity for humans to intervene.
